The Center for Child Development - Nitzan Branch in Netzrat Ilit inaugurated its Stimulation Room for treatment of learning difficulties and different disabilities. The room contains special furniture: white mattresses on the floor, lights in a variety of colors, and toys that stimulate the senses. By means of this equipment, it is possible to treat cognitive disabilities. "A stay in this room arouses an experience of relaxation, and in this situation, the clients are able to develop better communication", explains Dr. Yossi Jan, center director.

The placing of the mezuzah in the inauguration ceremony took place in the presence of the mayor, Mr. Shimon Gapso; Mr. Danny Giladio, director of the education department of the city municipality; Mrs. Maly Danino, executive director of Nitzan; Ms. Chava Becher, director of the Netzrat Ilit branch of Nitzan; Ms. Leah Hait, former director of Nitzan Netzrat Ilit; Ms. Penina Shlesinger, supervisor of the preschools in Netzrat Ilit; and Dr. Yossi Jan, branch director.
