Summer Camp

Special Afternoon Camp for Children and Adults

Are you having trouble keeping the kids busy in the afternoon?

Do you need guidance in how to plan the summer?

"Nitzan Baby" in Herzeliya, Parent Coaching and Training Center, is opening its gates to the public this summer.

Ravital Gantz, director of "Nitzan Baby" says, "The summer is a good opportunity for strengthening the connection between the parent and the child. This year we've decided at "Nitzan Baby" to open a camp that will operate in the afternoon hours in July and the beginning of August. The camp is intended for both parents and children. In planning the camp, we've stressed hands-on activities such as: water activities, preparing summer foods, artwork, movement, and more.

Together with the mutual activities at the camp, the parents can receive also information that can help them in their daily life, for example: ideas for activities, leisure and recreation areas for adults and children, planning a daily schedule during the vacation, and more.

We're not trying to be a replacement for other camps, rather to fill-in what's missing for parents by means of training and exercise in the afternoon with the goal of strengthening the family connection."

The "Nitzan Baby" Center was established in order to provide assistance to parents with learning disabilities and/or adaptive and functional difficulties and to children aged 0-5. "Nitzan Baby" is the only center in the country that provides assistance to the population of parents with learning disabilities and their children.

During the entire year, counseling and training services for parents in different areas and a variety of activities for parents and children are given. The center offers recreation and quality time opportunities with children, such as: library, playroom, jamboree, parent's groups, coffee room, and more.
