Didactic and Psycho-Didactic Assessments for ages 6-18 (Bagrut completion, colleges and universities)

• Counseling and Treatment Services

1.      Occupational Therapy - for children with difficulty in motor skills - from 3 years of age - there are agreements with Kupat Holim Clalit and Meuhedet. Assessments are available.

2.      Speech Therapy - for children from 3 years of age with a certified speech therapist - in the areas of speech and phonological awareness

3.      Therapy - there are a variety of treatments (movement, art, and sport) given to children in need of emotional sport from 3 - 18 years of age, according to age groups and therapists, individual and group.

4.      First Grade Readiness - For children 5 years of age. Develops and strengthens the thinking, conception, graphomotor functioning in preparation for reading and writing.

5.      Workshops for parents of children with ADHD with the "Fitness and Concentration" method - workshops for parents and children from ages 6-16 according to the method of Dr. Gimpel with the goal of developing social, motor, emotional, and thinking skills.

6.      Sport Treatment - for children with difficulties in motor organization, sensory regulation, social difficulties (PDD)

7.      Remedial Instruction 1st-12th grades - for children beginning from preschool until high school and preparation for bagrut exams in all subjects (Language, English, Math) by trained teachers.

Program:

-         Principles of the "Fitness and Concentration" Treatment Method

-         Principles for leading parents and children

-         In depth and practical material on the neurological/psychological aspects

The goal of the workshop is to train treatment providers that will be able to lead groups of parents and children.

For those who finish the workshop, work at the "Brain Power" Centers of Dr. Gimpel will be made available (at different cities in Israel).

 

Those completing the course will receive a diploma certificate.
