During this high quality workshop we have acquired a lot of valuable insights and we will take them with us to our daily practice and life.
First of all we would like to stress: the warmth which we felt from the lecturers during workshop, fantastic communication, attention to every participant, encouragement, friendliness. This makes us to believe that there are no hopeless situations, that all problems might be solved.
Specialists who are working at Child Socialisation Centre meets a number of pupils‘ problems which have to be solved. One out of the many – a child and his/her parents or caretakers do not have contact, their interaction is very cold and poor. Sometimes between them there is so huge gap, that it seems there is no possibility to fill in this gap. After attending workshops „Coach Your Child to Success“ we fell to be stronger, having more courage because we have got necessary tools to enable children and parents to find out each other again and to reach the same goal – to help a child to solve his/her problems and hardships.
The Empowering Model is very useful for us as a tool, because it is very precise and can be used in various situations. All the problems can be discussed and find its place and we get a clear direction for moving forward.
Of course we need more knowledge about ways of empowering, therefore we wish we had further possibility to enhance our knowledge and competences in the future. We will dream about such a chance.

During workshop I could examine and analyse myself and my relations
with my family members, my pupils. This experience encouraged to develop myself. Understanding that a warm contact, assistance, warm word are able to start changes in other person gives hope and strength which are necessary in our life and job.
Once more I could get proofed how important listening is, hoe powerful.
I got certain tools for individual work which I‘ll use at my work and life.
I hope to attend more such workshops and enhance my knowledge as a specialist.

From the first day of the workshop I realised that we do not know our children.
Therefore, it is necessary to look at a child with curious eyes and listen to him very carefully, to try to get know him as well as possible (if this is possible at all).
I am very thankful for concrete tools which we have been provided. They will be used during my daily duties. Children we are dealing with do not trust themselves, have very low self-esteem. I am sure, the tools will help us to better assist our children and enable them to rise up their self-esteem and live better lives.

Reflections on the Seminar with May 26, 2016 at Siauliai University Lithuania
We had a great possibility to know Nitzan as a parent organization in Israel, meet the founders of the organization, and take part in their Seminar on coaching parents by emotional cognitive coaching (ECC). For me, as a researcher and university teacher it was very valuable to test the proposed method (based on pool of humanistic, cognitive, and behavioural theories), which addresses three layers of human existence: feelings, insights, and actions. The Seminar offered us a possibility to combine our knowledge, experience, and competences with the new knowledge and its application. The workshop was an excellent occasion to share our self-reflections on very sensitive issues, including our values and attitudes, in a group of colleagues and students.
Participating students found seminar very practical. All of them hope to find the book of Maly Danino in our University library.
We are very thankful to Maly Danino, Anat Katznelson and Rami Gertler, our lecturers and colleagues for a very inspiring seminar and warm and friendly atmosphere.
We are very thankful to the Embassy of Israel for the possibility to know our colleagues from NITZAN. We hope for our successful collaboration in a next future.
