“I came out with a gift for life…”

My name is Shelly and I would like to share with you an experience that changes my life.
“I have two children – Omer age 10 and Noa age 8. Noa suffers from Attention Deficit Disorder that affects her daily life.”

“I divorced 4 years ago and I deal since with multiple difficulties concerning the children, at home and in school. The communication with my ex-husband was only on a technical level on the phone and only concerning the children.”

“A friend recommended parents coaching by the ECC – Emotional Cognitive Coaching, at Nitzan Association. I called and scheduled the first meeting with a coach names Yonit. Right there in the first session I realized that I need take this this journey for myself and my children.”

“I started the twelve weekly meeting coaching processes. The process I underwent helped me a lot as a mother, I connected to my feelings, I understood how I should act differently than I used to, I learned to accept my Noa and believe in her.”
“Several weeks later, I received a phone call from my ex-husband, who said he has something important to tell me. He knew nothing about the coaching…”
He said. “I see the huge change you are undergoing through the children!” “He gave many examples as to how well the children behave now, better off course, and that they quote me very often…….suddenly my Overbearing, insensitive, ex-husband asked my advice as the “expert”.

“I was amazed that although we did not meet for a long period and he did not know what I was going through, he felt the change in my life and the children’s life through the change in the children’s behavior and as a result there was a change in his life as well.”
“I am no longer the submissive woman I was, but a strong woman with her head held high with great pride.”
“I came out with a gift for life…”
